1.Anti-frost
Dehydration of crop cells is the main damage caused by freezing injury. High content of glycine can make proteins highly flexible and mobile, promote the formation of intramolecular hydrogen bonds, and make protein molecules have an irregular curly configuration. 2.Anti-drought
